Materials
Mild steel flat: 30 x 6 mm, 400–500 mm
Steps
Forge mounting plate with two holes.
Create main curve: Heat and bend a smooth arm on horn.
Add end scroll to stop hangers sliding off.
Add stiffness: Slight taper or ribbing near the bend (optional).
Align so arm sits level when mounted.
